✓ Meaning, not word swaps — Tone, register, legal precision and technical terminology are carried across. Ambiguous clauses are translated as written, with the ambiguity noted where it matters.

✓ Figures untouched — Amounts, balances, account numbers, IBANs, dates and reference codes are copied character for character. Digit grouping is not reformatted, so 1.234,56 stays 1.234,56.

✓ English text left alone — Anything already in English is reproduced character for character, including headings, form labels, company names and codes. Grammar and capitalisation are not corrected.

✓ Proper nouns preserved — Company, personal, place and product names stay in their original form unless an established English equivalent exists.

✓ Scanned pages handled — Pages with no extractable text go through OCR. Handwriting is attempted and uncertain characters are flagged with a question mark for your review.

✓ Bank statements audited — Every running balance is recalculated, opening and closing balances are labelled, and any row that does not reconcile is annotated rather than silently corrected.

Scope

When a certified translation is required

Our output is a faithful English translation with the original layout. It is not a legally certified translation, and for some filings only a certified one will be accepted.

✓ Attestation and notarisation — Any document not in Arabic or English needs a legally certified translation by an MoJ-registered translator before attestation or notarisation. Our PDF does not replace that step.

✓ Powers of attorney — For a POA, all documents must be legally translated into Arabic and attested by MoJ. Our service translates into English, not Arabic.

✓ Notary language — MoJ and Dubai Courts notarise in Arabic. DIFC Courts notarises in English only. Match the translation to the authority you are filing with.

✓ Who may certify — An MoJ-registered legal translator holds a certificate recognised in the UAE, five years of experience for expatriates, a health certificate and occupational error insurance. Registration is AED 3,000 and takes 65 days.

✓ Documents issued abroad — A document issued outside the UAE needs attestation by that country's foreign ministry, then the UAE embassy there, then UAE MOFA. MOFA attestation is AED 150 personal and AED 2,000 per commercial document.

✓ Confirm with the receiving party — Acceptance rests with the authority or bank receiving the document. Ask them in writing what form of translation they accept before you commission anything.

The original page is embedded as an untouched background. Only the text spans are covered and replaced, so nothing visual is destroyed or redacted.
