What does My Eloah Business Hub do?
My Eloah Business Hub is a UAE business services firm. It sets up Mainland and Freezone companies, opens business bank accounts, registers and files corporate tax and VAT, and arranges business loans and mortgages, with one team handling every stage.
Should I choose Mainland or a Freezone?
If most of your customers are in the UAE or you want government contracts, Mainland usually fits. If you trade internationally or want a lighter office commitment, a Freezone is often simpler. We compare both for your activity before you commit.
Do I have to register for corporate tax if I made no profit?
Yes. Registration applies to taxable persons whether or not tax is due, and a return still has to be filed for each tax period.
When does VAT registration become mandatory in the UAE?
When your taxable supplies in the past 12 months exceed AED 375,000, or you expect them to in the next 30 days. You can register voluntarily from AED 187,500.
How long does it take to open a business bank account in the UAE?
For standard company profiles the fastest banks take 2 to 3 working days and most take 5 to 7 business days once the file is complete. Higher-risk profiles take longer, and approval always depends on the bank's own compliance review.
Can you help after the licence is issued?
Yes. Bank account opening, visas, bookkeeping, tax returns and yearly renewals are all handled by the same team.
Tell us your plan. We map the route.
