Can an Ajman company invoice a Dubai customer?
Yes. A mainland licence from any emirate can trade with customers anywhere in the UAE. Where you need a physical presence in another emirate, you register a branch there.
Why is the chamber membership so large a share?
Ajman Chamber membership is AED 2,500 of the AED 5,800 fixed fees. It is mandatory and annual, and it is already inside the figure we quote.
Do I need a physical office?
Yes. Ajman requires a tenancy with Ejari registration before the licence issues. It is excluded from our quote because you choose the premises.
