Office lease
Ajman requires a tenancy with Ejari, renewed each year. You arrange the premises, so it sits outside the quote.
Both police lines are real
The AED 500 and AED 3,000 Ajman Police lines are separate rows on the voucher and are charged every renewal. Some vouchers misprint the first as AED 300 — the correct charge is AED 500.

Regulated or special activities can carry additional approval fees, quoted on assessment before you pay.
Questions we get asked
Why is the Ajman renewal more than Dubai's?
Ajman's fixed voucher is larger — the Chamber membership is AED 2,500 and the two police lines add AED 3,500, all recurring. Dubai's recurring voucher is only AED 1,710. The licence fee and our fee then differ by emirate.
When do the conditional charges apply?
The AED 2,000 trade-name surcharge applies only to a foreign or numeric trade name. Signature authentication is AED 200 per signature, only where a contract change needs re-signing.
Can you renew before expiry?
Yes, and we recommend it. We track your expiry date and start the renewal inside the window so there is no fine and no gap in visa or bank actions.
