Authorities allow 30 days after expiry before late penalties start. The penalty amount is set by the authority, so we confirm it for your licence.
How licence renewal works in the UAE.
A UAE trade licence is renewed with the authority that issued it: the Freezone, or the economic department of the emirate. It is due by the expiry date on the licence, and authorities allow 30 days after that before late penalties begin.

Is the office included in the renewal?
In Freezone packages, yes: the lease, co-working space or flexi-desk is part of the price. On the Mainland the tenancy is separate and must be renewed first.
Are there multi-year discounts?
Dubai Freezone (IFZA) offers 15% off for two years, 20% for three and 30% for five.
What happens if I do not renew at all?
Fines keep accumulating, the company's visa and tax obligations continue, and the owners can be blocked from forming new companies. If the business has stopped, close it properly instead.
